Maïa Archive is a product development and production office supporting independent fashion brands. Working as an extension of each brand’s team, we accompany collections from material research and sourcing to product development, production coordination and final delivery.

Built over six years of experience, our network brings together Italian mills, manufacturers and specialised workshops selected for their expertise, flexibility and dedication to craftsmanship.

WHAT WE DO

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANCY
We analyse existing workflows, identify critical points, advise on technical solutions, connect brands with the right manufacturers and help optimise collaboration with their existing suppliers.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT HANDLING
Managing the entire product development process, from material sourcing to prototypes, fittings, sampling and technical validation.

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT HANDLING
Once development is complete, we oversee production planning, material allocation, purchase orders, manufacturing schedules, quality follow-up, logistics and communication with suppliers.

MATERIAL SOURCING & SUPPLIER RESEARCH
Identifying fabrics, yarns, trims, and manufacturing partners that align with each project’s technical, aesthetic and commercial requirements.

TECHNICAL DEVELPOMENT HANDLING
Preparing and refining tech packs, construction details, BOMs, measurements, and production documentation to ensure clear communication with manufacturers.

SUPPLY CHAIN TRANSPARENCY AND RESPONSIBLE PRODUCTION
